He currently practices as a liberal cardiologist in Monaco and serves as Scientific Consultant at the Centre Cardio-Thoracique de Monaco<\/strong>.\n\nHis professional background includes senior hospital appointments in France and Monaco, notably at CHI Fr\u00e9jus\u2013Saint Rapha\u00ebl and CH Princesse Grace of Monaco, following advanced medical training in cardiology, cardio-vascular pathology, and angiolog y. He is an Associate Member of the French Society of Cardiology and the French Society of Arterial Hypertension<\/strong>, and has participated extensively in international congresses and scientific programs across Europe and beyond.\n

\nIn parallel with his medical career, Dr. Turchin\u0103 serves as Honorary Consul General of Romania in the Principality of Monaco<\/strong>, a role through which he actively supports diplomatic relations, institutional representation, and the Romanian community.
